EPCs

Although not always popular (especially amongst Estate Agents!) they are a legal requirement for most homes when it comes to letting or selling properties. They provide information regarding the energy efficiency of a property and any measures that can be taken to improve this. Our EPCs are usually completed at the same time as the Photography and Floorplan, therefore, providing the minimum disruption and inconvenience for the owner.
